OVERVIEW

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 5 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 5 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us here.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Indiashoppingcart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Indiashoppingcart will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

What is the Return Policy?
Most of our products are eligible for returns and replacements within India. However, certain Made to Orderitems are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your product is eligible for return or replacement, you can raise a request through the My Orders section within 5 days of delivery. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and labels intact and in their original packaging, are eligible for returns or replacements.

How Are Returns Processed?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for a pickup of the product. Our courier partners will collect the item within 3-5 business days of your request. After the pickup, your refund will be processed promptly.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through the My Orders section. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@indiashoppingcart.com or call us at [customer service number].

IndiaShoppingCart reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice to the customer and may verify any order before shipping, including obtaining verbal or written confirmation.

How Will I Receive a Refund for a Canceled or Returned Product?
For prepaid orders, refunds will be returned to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank details or UPI ID for the refund.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days. For returns, the refund will be initiated after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.

My Garment Doesn’t Fit, What Can I Do?
If your item doesn't fit, you can request a size exchange through the My Orders section or by contacting customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. In some cases, we offer minor alterations for orders within India. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
